DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our products across the UAE and to select international destinations. Shipping is handled by third-party courier services.

  • UAE Deliveries: Within 1–2 working days.

    • Delivery Fee: AED 199 flat rate.

  • International Deliveries: Within 4–10 working days.

    • Fees depend on destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Please ensure accurate and complete delivery addresses to avoid delays. Proof of delivery (POD) will be obtained via customer signature upon delivery.

Multiple Shipments Notice: Multiple bookings/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once a payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer within 24 hours. This will include the order number, item details, and payment receipt.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are allowed only in specific cases such as:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product upon delivery

  • Product not received

All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if:

  • The product is damaged, incorrect, or

  • The packaging has not been opened or tampered with

Products must be returned in original packaging using a registered courier.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returned products if they do not meet the stated conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the amount to reflect on your card statement.

PRICING & DESCRIPTION

All prices are clearly displayed in AED.
Descriptions, specifications, and pricing of products are kept accurate and up to date.
Sanctioned countries (e.g. Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Yemen, etc.) are not supported for purchases, shipping, or card transactions. These countries are removed from the checkout dropdown list.
